A $199 onboarding and setup fee applies once when a new client joins, after agreeing to move forward. It is not charged on monthly renewals, plan changes, or returning-client restarts.
All prices are USD. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. *Videos use client-provided footage. Exact quantities, platforms, and deliverable counting are confirmed in your written scope. Paid advertising and ad spend are not included.
Do I book a consultation first?
Start with the Get Started form. We review your information first, then send the consultation invitation so the conversation is focused on your business.
Do I need to provide photos and videos?
Yes. Your business photos, footage, service details, and current offers help us create accurate content. Short-form video work uses client-provided footage; on-site filming is not included in these plans.
Will I see content before it goes live?
Yes. We get your approval of the content before scheduling or publishing it. We confirm the approval process and schedule during onboarding.
Am I charged when I fill out the form?
No. The public form is an inquiry. Onboarding and payment happen privately after your scope and agreement are accepted.
How do monthly payments and cancellation work?
Plans are monthly Stripe subscriptions that renew until canceled. You can manage your subscription through the customer billing portal or contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. The $199 new-client setup fee is charged once.
Can you guarantee followers or sales?
No. We focus on professional content, consistent publishing, and useful reporting. Results depend on your business, market, audience, and other factors; no follower, ranking, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
